What

• Page renamed "Agir avec nous" / "Get involved" / "Actúa con nosotros" / "Actua amb nosaltres" (new URLs), intro rewritten.
• The ways to help are now four collapsible blocks (visitors only open what concerns them): give your time and skills, fund the project, collaborate on teaching and research, spread the word. New fold shortcode (native <details>, no JS).
• Contact block at the bottom of the page, before the "Follow the adventure" footer.
• Supporters: add Mines Paris - PSL and CentraleSupélec (logos from their websites); move CENIA from the partners to the supporters. CENIA stays in the home partners strip through a new home: true flag in data/sponsors.yaml.

To discuss

• Wording of the blocks, especially "Collaborate on teaching and research" and the sentence on Mines Paris and CentraleSupélec (generic for now).
• "Fund stations for fire services with limited means": fire services, territories, or something else?
• ⚠️ School logos are trademarks: ask Mines Paris and CentraleSupélec before publishing.
• The contact block duplicates the one of the Deployments PR (feat: count cameras, broaden the Deployments wording and streamline "How it works" #15): to factor into one template once both are merged.
• ES and CA translations to double-check. Not checked visually in a browser.

Known limitations / ideas for later (not in this PR)

Seen by putting ourselves in the place of different visitors:

• Foundations and endowment funds: no cost per station, no impact figure or example of a detection, no link to an activity report. An example of an existing support (e.g. the Crédit Agricole one) would help.
• Tech companies: no mention of in-kind support (hardware, hosting, GPU, connectivity), no "how to start" (GitHub, open topics, licence).
• Students: the teaching and research block speaks to institutions; no entry point for a student on their own (topics, duration, past projects).
• Legal: no link to the legal note on open data (currently in "How it works"), licence, or legal status.
• Local authorities: not addressed on their own. Idea: a fifth block "Give access to a high point" (water towers, pylons) for towns, water syndicates and owners.
• After the contact: no indication of who answers or what happens next.
