What

  • New page "Démarche ouverte" / "Open approach" / "Enfoque abierto" / "Enfocament obert" (4 languages, 6th entry of the main menu): digital commons (IGN definition), what is open (code, AI models, data annotated by the community, hardware, research), the legal framework identified with DINUM, open and collaborative research (CENIA in Chile, EarthToolsMaker articles), and how to take part.
  • "How it works": the "Open source", "Why an open dataset?" and "Going further" sections are replaced by a short "Open approach" section linking to the new page. About: the "Share open knowledge" line links to it.
  • The navigation bar is wider (up to 1400px) and folds into the menu below 1280px, so six entries fit on one line on a 14" laptop.
  • New style for quotes in pages.

Closes #21 (the Hugging Face download count is fixed for now: "more than 15,000 downloads").

New page (4 languages, in the main menu) on digital commons and what is open at Pyronear: code, AI models, data, hardware and research, with the legal framework identified with DINUM and the Chile collaboration with CENIA. "How it works" and "About" now point to it instead of carrying the open source and dataset sections. The navigation bar is wider and folds into the menu below 1280px to fit six entries.
