Closes #716

Stacked on #772.

Change

• All globs are case-insensitive, like the search: the input globs and the --exclude-glob globs. --void-ignore-case makes the search and all globs case-sensitive.
• A path to a file that exists (A file with glob characters in its name is not found, or other files are changed with it #718) is not a glob, so the file system decides if the case must match.
• The help of --void-ignore-case and the README say that it applies to all globs.

Performance

**/*.md in a tree with 10,000 files (5,000 .md), 20 runs each with hyperfine:

	case-sensitive	case-insensitive
Node	72.7 ± 5.5 ms	68.3 ± 2.5 ms
Bun	42.3 ± 2.1 ms	43.1 ± 4.6 ms

There is no difference that can be measured.

Good to know

• This is a breaking change, and it goes into v8.

Tests

• test/js/fix/716.test.js: the input globs, --exclude-glob, and --void-ignore-case for both.
• test/cli/run.sh: the same through the CLI.
