Closes #710

Stacked on #771.

Change

  • --simulate (-S) does everything but write. The names of the files that would be changed are printed as usual, and no backup is made, also with --keep-backup.
  • The status report has the files that would be changed in files.updated, as with --output.
  • --status-compact moves from -S to -c, so -S can be --simulate. Neither is released yet.

Tests

  • test/js/fix/710.test.js: both flows, no backup, the status report and --name-all.
  • test/cli/run.sh: --simulate and -S through the CLI.
