Coding agents started from this template don't pick up the LiveKit skills (DEVX-840). Claude Code doesn't read
AGENTS.mdon its own, so withoutCLAUDE.mdit never sees the skills section. And an agent that does read it only suggests the install, so the skills aren't there for that session.This partly reverts #106: the bundled skills stay removed, and only the pointer file comes back.
