This pull request performs a comprehensive factual audit and update of the Private Bonds use case and related architectural patterns, with a focus on improving accuracy, sourcing, and cross-linking between documentation. It clarifies the technical, legal, and business aspects of the Private Bonds approach, updates performance and disclosure details for several privacy technologies, and refreshes regulatory and implementation references across multiple files.

Private Bonds Use Case and Approach Updates:

  • Factually audits and corrects the Private Bonds entry, including clarifying the scope of PoCs, marking ERC-6123 and ERC-7573 as Draft, describing ERC-7573 as oracle-conditional settlement, and linking related patterns and jurisdictions. Adds the FHE PoC and Atomic DvP Settlement approach, updates the Railgun figure to the project Dune dashboard (~USD 5.7b, Oct 2026), and sources the Aztec V5 vulnerability. Compliance hooks and FHE gas figures are now PoC-specific, and disclosure claims are scoped to what each PoC exercises. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9]

Pattern and Regulatory Documentation Improvements:

  • Updates the Crypto-registry bridge pattern to describe the eWpG register as a decentralized recording system (per statute), clarifies attestation verification (existence, signer, time), and replaces dead links with current statute and BaFin pages. Moves EAS documentation to docs.attest.org and adds cross-links to Private Bonds and related approaches. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

Technical and Privacy Clarifications:

  • Details the PoC compliance mechanisms (e.g., address whitelist vs. attestation-gated entry), updates Aztec vulnerability sourcing, and provides more precise FHE gas measurements. Clarifies that none of the PoCs implement the stablecoin leg of DvP, and distinguishes the disclosure exercised in each PoC architecture. [1] [2] [3] [4]

Cross-chain Settlement and Standards:

  • Expands the open questions on cross-chain settlement to include the oracle-released key of ERC-7573, and updates the DvP via ERC-7573 pattern to state Draft status and clarify that amounts and parties are observable in calls and events. Adds references to the Private Bonds approach for further context. [1] [2] [3] [4]

General Documentation and Sourcing:

  • Refreshes last reviewed dates, improves cross-links between use cases, approaches, and patterns, and ensures all external references are current and properly sourced. [1] [2] [3]

These changes collectively improve the factual accuracy, traceability, and usability of the documentation for Private Bonds and related privacy and regulatory patterns.
