Handle external signers without coin control
When an external-signer wallet takes a path with no CCoinControl (for example, sendall calls CalculateMaximumSignedTxSize(..., pwallet.get()) at src/wallet/rpc/spend.cpp:1262), this outer coin_control && forces use_max_sig false even though can_grind_r is false. The estimate therefore assumes a 71-byte signature; if the device emits a 72-byte signature, particularly at the documented 1 duff/B fee, the signed transaction underpays and can be rejected. Make !can_grind_r independent of the nullable coin-control checks.

Label the regression-test backport as bitcoin#27477
These added cases are the contents of upstream PR bitcoin#27477 (commit 6a77d290), while bitcoin#27468's fix (2b2fdd9b) is already an ancestor of this commit. Advertising bitcoin#27468 in the commit title both duplicates a backport that is already present and omits the regression-test PR actually introduced here, so the advertised PR list should name bitcoin#27477.

Deduplicate eligibility filters before pushing groups.
AutomaticCoinSelection can add equal filters. For example, with ancestor and descendant limits of 4, CoinEligibilityFilter(0, 1, 2) equals the later filter using max_ancestors / 2 and max_descendants / 2. The partial-spends loop then calls OutputGroupTypeMap::Push twice for the same map key. Push appends both copies without deduplication.
KnapsackSolver counts both copies in nTotalLower and can select both. The copies contain the same COutput pointers, so SelectionResult::InsertInputs throws Shared UTXOs among selection results. This can abort coin selection for otherwise fundable transactions.

Final validation — Phase 1 + Phase 2
The two wallet concerns describe real behaviors in the upstream backport implementations, but they are not actionable findings for this faithful Bitcoin Core backport: the relevant code comes directly from the upstream bitcoin#26032 and bitcoin#25806 merges, with no Dash-specific merge-resolution defect. The PR metadata should identify the added REST regression tests as bitcoin#27477 rather than bitcoin#27468. Source builds and merge checks pass; test jobs were skipped, and the CI snapshot reports a Lint failure without failed-log evidence tying it to these changes.

Compare selected outputs independently of pointer order
When EqualResult compares multi-input results produced by separate GroupCoins calls (as in the result25/result26 randomness check), the two CoinSets contain different shared_ptr allocations and are ordered by pointer address rather than by COutput::outpoint. Consequently, std::mismatch pairs unrelated outputs and reports inequality even when both selections contain exactly the same outpoints, so this check can no longer detect deterministic repeated selections; compare outpoint-keyed or explicitly sorted collections instead.

Re-review — Final validation — Phase 1 + Phase 2
Static verification at head 16a72ed confirms one Dash-specific backport adaptation error that fails the multiprocess CI job. The other reported wallet defects reproduce the advertised upstream implementation and are outside this backport's scope; the prior PR-title finding is fixed. Standard, SQLite, and no-wallet tests passed in CI, while ASAN and TSAN tests remain pending; no local builds or tests were run.

In `src/wallet/scriptpubkeyman.cpp`:
- [BLOCKING] src/wallet/scriptpubkeyman.cpp:1608: Adapt bitcoin#27274's argument comment to Dash's API
The backport copies upstream's `/*internal=*/` annotation, but Dash's third `GenerateNewKey` parameter is named `fInternal` in both the declaration at scriptpubkeyman.h:438 and the definition at scriptpubkeyman.cpp:1284. This is not merely cosmetic: the current-head `linux64_multiprocess-build / Build source` job fails with `argument name 'internal' in comment does not match parameter name 'fInternal' [bugprone-argument-comment,-warnings-as-errors]` and exits with code 1. Upstream's annotation matches its own API; adapt this call to `/*fInternal=*/ false` while retaining Dash's account-index argument. The other two named-argument annotations in this function already match their callees. Verified failure: https://github.com/dashpay/dash/actions/runs/39483069817/job/118839951245.
Out-of-scope follow-up suggestions (3)
These are valid observations, but they are outside this PR's scope and should be handled in separate issues or author/maintainer-requested PRs rather than blocking this review.
- Do not gate external-signer fee sizing on coin control — Outside this backport's scope. The bitcoin#26032 diff itself introduces
coin_control && (coin_control->fAllowWatchOnly || coin_control->IsExternalSelected(tx_in.prevout) || !can_grind_r), exactly as preserved at wallet.cpp:1852. The null-coin-control path exists, but this is an upstream limitation rather than a Dash merge-resolution defect; the backport policy does not require improving upstream behavior.- Follow-up: Consider creating a separate issue or author/maintainer-requested PR for this.
- Deduplicate equal eligibility filters before grouping outputs — Outside this backport's scope. The bitcoin#25806 diff adds both GroupOutputs filter loops and their repeated
filtered_groups[filter].Push(...)calls. Upstream v25.0 also has the same ordered eligibility filters, including the equal filters under tight package limits. Dash preserves this mechanism; its InstantSend eligibility adaptation does not introduce the duplicate-key problem. Requiring deduplication here would improve the upstream implementation rather than correct the backport.- Follow-up: Consider creating a separate issue or author/maintainer-requested PR for this.
- Compare selected outpoints independently of shared_ptr ordering — Outside this backport's scope. The bitcoin#25806 diff changes EqualResult to the same shared_ptr predicate and changes GroupCoins to the same
std::make_shared<COutput>(coin)allocation used here; upstream v25.0 retains the identical comparison helper. The pointer-order concern is genuine, but it is inherited upstream test behavior, not an incorrect Dash test adaptation.- Follow-up: Consider creating a separate issue or author/maintainer-requested PR for this.

…rnal signers 807de2c wallet: skip R-value grinding for external signers (Sjors Provoost) 72b763e wallet: annotate bools in descriptor SPKM FillPSBT() (Sjors Provoost) Pull request description: When producing a dummy signature for the purpose of estimating the transaction fee, do not assume an external signer performs R-value grinding on the signature. In particular, this avoids a scenario where the fee rate is 1 sat / vbyte and a transaction with a 72 byte signature is not accepted into our mempool. Suggested testing: 1. On master, launch with `-signet` and create an external signer wallet using e.g. a Trezor and HWI, see [guide](https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/master/doc/external-signer.md#example-usage) (with the GUI it should "just work" once you have the HWI path configured). 2. Create a few addresses and fund them from the faucet: https://signet.bc-2.jp/ (wait for confirmation) 3. Create another address, and now send the entire wallet to it, set the fee to 1 sat/byte 4. …valid URI segfaults) 6a77d29 test: add regression tests for bitcoin#27468 (invalid URI segfaults) (Sebastian Falbesoner) Pull request description: Prior to PR bitcoin#27468 (commit 11422cc) all call-sites of `GetQueryParameter(...)` in the REST module could trigger a crash. Add missing test cases for all possible code-paths as a regression test, as a foundation for possible follow-up fixes (which aim to resolve this issue in a more general and robust way). Without this change it produces strange error that is irrelevant and completely wrong.

Re-review — Final validation — Phase 1 + Phase 2
Reviewed the complete nine-file diff at 92b960c against the cited upstream patches and surrounding Dash code; no in-scope correctness or backport-adaptation defects remain, and both prior findings are fixed. Current CI reports all source builds, lint, and formatting checks passing, with six test jobs still pending and no failed code checks. Validation was static only; no local builds or tests were run.
