i18n: sync zh/ja/ko translations with upstream/main (2026-10-27) - #2129
Daily translation sync of zh / ja / ko with upstream/main (2026-10-27).
10 English pages were pending in all three locales (Router API reference, Router model code pages, and two development pages). All 30 localized files were regenerated:
Japanese, Korean, and Chinese documentation updates cover SDK and API guidance, Router estimates and URL policies, model indexes, and model schema descriptions. The changes update translation metadata and clarify documented constraints; they do not change SDK or API implementation behavior.
