PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, ClickHouse, Trino, and SQL Server as service containers, with their ADBC drivers installed by dbc. SQL Server joins the contract suite here; it could not be run locally. Goal
#255's ADBC contract suite runs one set of tests (round-trips with exact dtypes and missing values, every ingest mode, temporary tables, mixed-dimension naming, timedelta coordinates, the chunked round-trip) against every backend it can reach. In the main CI job that's the in-process ones: SQLite, DuckDB, chDB and DataFusion. This PR adds a workflow that starts real servers as GitHub Actions service containers:
