fix(docs): resolve autosummary paths from Sphinx source directory - #258

Read the Docs runs Sphinx from the repository root, so resolving the autosummary directory relative to the working directory targets a nonexistent path. Use app.srcdir and cover builds launched from the checkout root, docs directory, and an unrelated directory.
