feat: sync homepage claims with wright 0.25.2

The homepage last tracked wright around 0.10. This brings its claims in line with wright 0.25.2 in both en and zh-CN.

Changes

• Coming soon → shipped. Checked edits (wright rename, lint --fix / --write), project queries (inspect symbols|refs|cfg|callgraph|cost), and cost analysis are now tooling cards. Only "From request to change" stays in Coming soon.
• New tooling cards: Checked edits (wright rename) and Lookup (wright lookup). The grid goes from 4 to 3 columns, giving 6 cards in two rows.
• Agents: the Agent Skill card becomes "Agent guide and MCP" (wright agent install, --mcp claude|cursor|vscode).
• Editor: removed the completion claim. wright-lsp does not advertise completionProvider (see docs/language-services.md and the LSP initialize test). The copy now reads: Workshop gets hover, definition, and references; OverPy gets navigation and rename.
• OverPy: now lists lint, analyze, and rename alongside check and compile. Status stays Partial.
• OSTW: "In development" becomes "Paused". This follows the deltin-rs README and the planning decision on deltin-rs#1, and matches wright's "Recognized, not yet supported".
• CLI output: the hero terminal is re-recorded from 0.25.2 in the new rail layout. The typo finding now includes the locale and the did-you-mean hint.
• The results data owner moves from wrightkit/wright to wrightkit/benchmark-suite (wright ADR-0026), in the README and bench.ts.

Not included: compile --to <LOCALE> is merged but unreleased, and will be added after it ships. convert stays off the page because the shipped OPY provider does not negotiate reconstruct.

Verification

• Ran wright 0.25.2 (--renderer plain / terminal) on every example snippet. Both locales use a correct Ongoing - Each Player header, and each rule still produces the finding shown.
• Smoke-tested rename (diff preview), lint --fix, lookup heall, lookup --format json, and inspect cost on 0.25.2.
• pnpm check, pnpm test, and pnpm build (including verify-build) pass.
• Checked / and /zh-CN in a browser at 1280px: hero terminal, tooling grid, and languages.

Separately, /results stays empty because releases.wrightkit.dev/bench/latest.json returns 404. That needs a benchmark-suite publish, not a site change.
