docs(principles): add source-text-is-the-truth - #103

Conversation
Structured changes to a project become local, validated edits of authored text produced by the owner of the language's emission; consumers never compose source syntax or regenerate whole files. Distilled from Wright ADR-0029, and it applies to later rule-level, declaration, settings, and source-language authoring decisions across workshop-rs and wright.

Summary
Adds the
source-text-is-the-truthprinciple and its index row.A structured view, agent operation, or tool that changes a project through a model must turn each change into a local, validated edit of the authored text. The edit comes from the owner of the language's emission. Consumers never compose source syntax or regenerate whole files.
Why a principle
The judgment recurs across repositories and can't be fully carried by a check. Owner source edits and edit-transaction revalidation catch stale or invalid edits, but not a second emitter that produces valid text differently. It was settled in wrightkit/wright#784 (ADR-0029, structured statement edits). Future decisions on rule-level edits, declarations, settings, and source-language authoring will need the same lean.
The Detail link to ADR-0029 resolves once wrightkit/wright#784 merges.
