Expands the first-workflow guide into a practical walkthrough for contributors using the Documentation Update form. It explains how work is admitted and started, how to contribute on the Action-linked branch, and where to check readiness and recover failures.

What changed

Explains form routing and admission, and that an authorized maintainer starts implementation by adding in-progress.
Guides contributors to use the exact Action-linked branch, open a linked pull request, and verify issue metadata, Copilot / Review, and the Actions Job Summary.
Adds status, help, and failure-recovery guidance with links to branch management, comment commands, pre-branch SDDs, and pull-request capabilities.
Clarifies pre-branch SDD eligibility and how contributors answer blocking questions.
Documents comment command arguments, where results persist, and repository mutation requirements.

Validation

Documentation contract passed: 103 pages and routes, 15 workflows, and six synchronized Issue Forms.
