- Backend: require Python 3.14, bump asyncpg to 0.31, pydantic>=2.12, pytest-asyncio 1.x; relock and re-export requirements.txt. - Frontend: engines node>=26, @types/node 26, .nvmrc, allow sharp and unrs-resolver install scripts for npm 11. - Local scripts (start.sh, watchers, Makefile, pre-commit) use .venv and npm instead of uv and pnpm. start.sh prefers .venv because Docker Desktop's WSL integration creates /.dockerenv on the host. - Docker images and CI moved to python:3.14 / node:26.
