FROM php:${PHP_VERSION}-cli-alpine follows the newest Alpine, so 2.1.x moved from 3.23 to 3.24 with no change in this repo. Images now pin ALPINE_VERSION (3.23) per PHP version.

2.0.0 2.1.1 this PR
Alpine 3.23 3.24.2 3.23.6
erofs-utils (apk) 1.8.10 1.9.1 1.8.10
EROFS image with fragments, dedupe extracts fsck.erofs: failed to verify packed file extracts
ca-certificates (eMudhra distrust) — 20261020-r0 20261020-r0

1.9.1 broke static-site extraction for an image built on 2.1.1 (all extractions failed until it was rolled back), reproduced on a real failing build: 1.8.10 extracts it, 1.9.1 does not.

Checked on the 8.5 build: PHP 8.5.11 (same as 2.1.1), php -m identical to 2.1.1, no eMudhra certificates in the bundle. php:{8.3,8.4,8.5}-cli-alpine3.23 all exist.

Unpin once erofs-utils fixes extraction of packed fragments.

php:<version>-cli-alpine follows the newest Alpine, so 2.1.x moved to 3.24 without a change here. 3.24's erofs-utils 1.9.1 cannot extract EROFS images built with fragments/dedupe (fsck.erofs: failed to verify packed file); 3.23 ships 1.8.10. The ca-certificates with the eMudhra distrust (20261020-r0) are available on 3.23 too.
