Import calendar events that have no title - #635

Conversation
An event without a title made the whole .ics import fail, because the project tag is read from the title and there was none to read. Such an event now comes in without a tag, like any other untagged event, and Time Tracking lists it among the events that need a project tag. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

An event without a title made the whole .ics import fail, because the project tag is read from the title. It now comes in untagged and shows under "Needs attention" like any other untagged event.
