A draft is not invoiced yet, so no figure counts it now. The tracked time in its timesheet stays Planned until the invoice is sent.

  • Before: KPIs counted drafts as outstanding and even overdue. The tax view and the salary counted them as invoiced revenue with VAT to remit, the cash flow expected their payment, and they used up a contract's agreed value. The revenue chart dropped the work altogether: the timesheet took it out of Planned, and the chart only shows sent invoices.
  • Now: an invoice counts once it is issued, meaning sent or paid (Invoice.is_issued). The timeline shows no due date for a draft.

A draft is not invoiced yet, but most views counted it as if it had
been sent: KPIs listed it as outstanding and even overdue, the tax view
and salary counted it as invoiced revenue with VAT to remit, the cash
flow expected its payment, and it used up the contract's agreed value.
The revenue chart was the exception and dropped the work altogether,
because the draft's timesheet took its hours out of Planned while the
chart only shows sent invoices.

Now an invoice counts once it is issued, which means sent or paid. Until
then, the tracked time in a draft's timesheet stays planned everywhere,
and the timeline shows no due date for it.
