Phase 8: landing page, docs pages and live embeds - #2

The landing page runs fib live in the hero. Five docs pages cover how it works, architecture, the pipeline, hazards and verification; each has a live run where it helps. The MiniRun island is a small, self-contained run with the pipeline view and step controls, shared by the landing and docs pages. Tests: 5 new Vitest tests check that every state from a real run passes the schema validator and that the embedded programs halt with PASS. 8 new Playwright tests cover the landing page, each docs page, the embeds and phone width. The README gains a status block, a feature list and a verification table with the numbers from the project notes. Not yet deployed to Vercel.

Verification
pnpm test: 72 unit tests. The 5 new ones check that every state from a real run passes the schema validator, andthat the embedded programs halt with PASS.
