Build the docs site into a Node image and deploy it the same way as other org services. The image is pushed to GCP Artifact Registry over OIDC.

  • Build-time VITE_ values come from the DOCS_DOTENV secret via a BuildKit secret mount, so they stay out of the image history.
  • GCP region, project and workload identity provider are read from secrets rather than committed to this public repository.
  • The build job holds no PAT, and the dispatch job runs no repository code.
