Migrate empty-document and external-document integration specs to Swift Testing. Preserve the empty debug document and all twelve external-document variants, including surrounding content, one/two/five external documents, and debug mode on/off.

Generate in-memory PDF data and inspect it with PDFKit instead of sharing output.pdf between concurrent cases. Existing Swift Testing rendering regressions remain untouched.

Verification

Focused tests, make test-macos, make lint, and git diff --check passed. The testing flag was restored. macOS only was tested locally. macOS runs still emit CoreData/account-store diagnostics without test failures.

Scope

Independent PR based directly on main after the first migration batch merged. No production, dependency, or package changes. Quick/Nimble remain available for directories not yet migrated.
