Migrate page-format, metadata, point-math, and utility specs to Swift Testing. Preserve the existing scenarios and expected values while using Arrange-Act-Assert, descriptive test names, and parameterized cases.

Keep fixtures local to each test. No production code, package configuration, or dependency changes.

Verification

Focused tests, make test-macos, make lint, and git diff --check passed. The testing flag was restored. macOS only was tested locally. CoreData NSXPCConnection diagnostics remain present in both baseline and migrated full runs, without test failures.

Scope

Independent migration based directly on main, with no dependency on the other migration PRs. Quick/Nimble dependency removal is deferred until the whole suite has migrated.
