Successful tool actions previously left earlier format-repair attempts charged against a run-wide budget. A later, unrelated formatting error could therefore abort an otherwise progressing task. Reset the consecutive budget only after successful execution, preserving denial/error accounting, total step limits and exactly-once execution.
Add value-free malformed-call feedback and clarify scheduled progress reporting and approved remote-log inspection. Prepare Beta.7 documentation and desktop preview metadata.
Validation: reproducer failed before the fix; final targeted tests passed twice; full local suite 3,434 passed / 3 platform skips; 277 adversarial checks; 101 desktop tests; 44 actual-model E2E cases; two cadence and two session-log model probes; signed installer and upgrade/rollback state checks. OSV pinned locks and desktop dependencies: zero findings; public hygiene and new-diff secret scan passed. Hosted CI must pass on this exact commit before merge.
