build: move Sysnode frontend to patched Node 26 - #61

Pin development, CI, and deployment to Node 26.12.1. Keep the existing build, production audit, deployment-boundary, and browser checks intact. Update the locked body-parser dependency from 1.20.8 to the supported 1.20.9 security patch for GHSA-27r3-jxmh-p828 without changing Express major versions or adding an override.

Moves local development, CI, production builds and deployment checks to the patched Node 26.12.1 release, replacing the Node 20/22 matrix. All existing Jest, browser, production-runtime, deployment and audit gates remain enabled.
The production audit also identified body-parser 1.20.8 in the existing Express 4 dependency range. Updates only that lockfile entry to the supported 1.20.9 security patch; no overrides or Express major change.
Validation on Node 26.12.1: clean
npm ci; 1,160 Jest tests across 69 suites; 6 production-runtime and 4 deployment tests; production build; 21 one-worker browser tests; production audit with zero vulnerabilities.Coordinate deployment with the backend Node 26 host-runner migration. The installed Node runtime, PM2 apps and independently installed host runner need an explicit host upgrade; changing this repository alone does not upgrade them.
