Validation

• Full unit suite: 69 suites / 1,133 tests passed; serial open-handle diagnostic run exited naturally.
• Production build, six production-runtime checks, four deployment checks, and production dependency audit passed.
• 11 browser cases passed, including 320/390-pixel exchange-section removal while retaining market statistics, plus the existing recovery and unavailable-data cases.
• Independent source and screenshot review found no remaining venue links, empty exchange-section spacing, or market-data regression.

Browser evidence uses the actual built React interface with controlled API fixtures; it is not a claim about any venue's present listing status. This change removes unverified promotion rather than declaring that an exchange is closed.
