Update the locked
bitcoinjs-libandbip39dependencies to 7.0.5 and 3.1.2, respectively, within the existing supported dependency ranges.Validation on Node 26.12.1: clean
npm ci; 1,620 unit tests, 12 Sentry/transaction codec tests, and 10 isolated Anvil tests passed. Production dependency audit reported no high or critical findings. This change is limited to dependency versions.
