numpy 2.3.2 is the first version [1] with python 3.14 support, which is required to run services on Ubuntu 26.04. Versions prior to that can not be properly installed/built wheels for against 26.04. With that 2.3.5 also fixes gnocchi memory leak[2], which can has additional benefits to use.
