Regenerates the Maven wrapper on
5.0.xfrom 3.9.16 to 3.10.0 using maven-wrapper-plugin 3.3.4 (bin).Unlike the properties-only update, this also rewrites
mvnw,mvnw.cmdand the wrapper JAR, so the diff is larger. Merge only once CI is green.Opened automatically by update-maven-wrapper.yml.
