Documents everything new or changed in slide.ng 2.0, so the site matches 2.0 when it ships.

This replaces #8 and #9: both branches are merged in with their commits as they were, and their text is corrected where 2.0 changed after they were written (a slide link in the notes now moves the presenter, notes are markdown, the click preview's opacity, badges and inert parts, HTML <a href="/3"> links, --lang and uiLang, the right-to-left limits, themeConfig values).

What changed

• New pages: Click animations, Progress bar, Overview and notes pages, UnoCSS, Loading pictures ahead, Accessibility, and Upgrading from 1.x to 2.0 (from the changelog's "Upgrading from 1.x"). They are in the sidebar with a "new" badge, and the "Migrating from Slidev" section is now "Migrating".
• Updated pages for the rest of the changelog: presenter (sync mode menu, notes pane resizing, Edit Notes, shared timer), CLI (dev keys, several entries, --router-mode, did-you-mean), MCP over HTTP, remote access, routing (memory mode, refused aliases, ?clicks=0), hosting (several decks, CSP, iframes, wake lock), index.html, clicks (.hide, slide-ng-click-hide="3", text ranges, warnings), custom transitions, components (switch, video, render-when, youtube), global context, slide hooks, setup/routes.ts, setup/mermaid-renderer.ts, custom-nav-controls, code titles with icons, Magic Move options, monaco/twoslash switches, strict {monaco-run}, notesAutoRuby, UnoCSS directives, the headmatter table, and the Slidev comparison and "not supported" lists.
• The welcome and install pages say the docs are for 2.0, and point 1.x readers to the upgrade page.
• Markdown inside <ngmd-callout> is now rendered: links in callouts were shown as raw text before.

How it was checked

• pnpm run format:check, pnpm test (161 pass), pnpm run build and pnpm run check:dist pass, also with NGMD_BASE=/x/.
• The new code samples were built into a deck with the 2.0.0 package and looked at in Chromium.
• Every new and changed page was opened in the built site with Playwright: no console errors, no failed requests, no missing anchors, no sideways scroll at 1280 or 390 px.

Merge after @slide-ng/core 2.0.0 is on npm. No dependency changed, so the lockfile is untouched. The live demos are 1.x builds and still work; rebuild them with pnpm run demos against a 2.0 checkout if you want them on 2.0.
