📚 Description
The health check found repeated Worker memory failures while syncing
aitofound/scienceide_env.Tree expansion retained the discarded recursive response and could accumulate 250,000 entries.
Discard the partial response before expansion and cap retained paths and SHA strings at 8,388,608 characters.
Cap expanded entries at 100,000. If either limit is reached, return an empty truncated result to preserve existing Skills.
