📚 Description
Experiment D treats nuxtjs-seo as unlinked, but its README has linked the canonical Skill since 29 September. Correct the brief and panel expectation so coverage cannot imply a linked-versus-unlinked effect.
Add the dated readiness read and README discovery limits. Keep all 41 watched URLs and their groups.
