Adds a platform changelog entry,
fern/products/platform/changelog/2026-10-19.mdx, for the newtransportparameter (udp|tcp|tls) on thedialcommand of Send call commands (POST /api/calling/calls).The API reference for
transportalready went in with #814. This PR adds only the customer-facing changelog entry, dated the day the change shipped (Oct 19). The wording follows thetransport@docinspecs/signalwire-rest/calling-api/calls/models/requests.tsp: external SIP URIs only,udp/tcpsend unencrypted RTP,tlsoffers SRTP, and a conflict with;transport=intoreturns 422.fern docs md checkpasses.Requested by: Fern Support
