Summary
Prepare the exact native Release revision 95 successor while preserving semantic source revision 91, topology, signing/publication policy, and pinned runtime/generator dependencies. Align the project Script lease adapter and test with the same strict revision.
Verification
15/15 current-cohort verification commands passed; 100 Janitor cases and 22 Smoke cases passed. Explicit revision 95 acceptance and 94/96 rejection; topology 18/51/51; stable source fingerprint. Historical graph remains unchanged. No device/live runtime attestation.
Boundary
Approved 15 tooling files only. Live version/pin adoption is a separate atomic operation after this source is qualified and merged.
