Exactly16 disclosed planning/recovery/Cleanup/Janitor prompt changes; nodes/routing/params/approvals/runtime unchanged. Oldv23 snapshot hash preserved. Repeated generation byte-identical, continuity3tests and whitespace checks PASS. Six isolated fresh readers interpreted actual generated prompts and recovery/cleanup cases without effects. No Android build/device action needed for source-only candidate. No config/install/restart/live graph/default/Task migration/merge. Intended existing UUID7061fc98 retained; future adoption requires separate history/carrier/eligibility compatibility and effect approval.
