Adds a Skillbook entry and a matching Promptbook entry for sizing JVM memory and GC inside Kubernetes containers.
jvm-container-memory-guardrails: a memory budget (heap, metaspace, code cache, threads, direct buffers, native, headroom) under the container limit, MaxRAMPercentage instead of -Xmx at the limit, memory request equal to limit, the processor count the JVM sees and accidental SerialGC, collector choice, ExitOnOutOfMemoryError with access-controlled heap dumps, one place for JVM flags, startup CPU, NMT under load, and working-set and OOMKilled alerts.right-size-jvm-container-memory: effective settings audit, measured budget table, OOMKilled vs Java OOM diagnosis, manifest and image patch, NMT and soak measurement plan, and alerts.Both are labeled for Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex. Catalogs go to 48/48;
