Pro currently relies on a local UI replacement, which prevents versioned installation. Depend on the published River UI v0.22.0, refresh its checksums, and comment out the development replacement. The Pro race suite and executable build pass with GOWORK=off against the published module. Go lint passes across all modules.

Prepare River Pro UI v0.22.0 against the now-published
riverqueue.com/riverui v0.22.0module. Update the dependency checksums and comment out the developmentreplacedirective so versioned installations use the packaged UI assets and APIs.River UI v0.22.0 is published: https://github.com/riverqueue/riverui/releases/tag/v0.22.0.
