🤖 Prepare Java v0.2.0 for the breaking move of worker configuration and lifecycle to
ClientandRunHandlein #1555.Update the Maven modules, CLI version assertion, conformance adapter metadata, and installation examples to 0.2.0. Finalize the changelog dated 2026-10-26, remove the README's unreleased API notice, and advance the development guide's next-version example.
