Glossary entry for generic functions/classes

Currently the definition for the functions only refers to multiple dispatch which at least for me really isn't the first thing I think of when someone says that. I think they should be changed to mention PEP 695 and give maybe some examples of both.

I can open a PR for this probably some time in the week but if anyone else wants to do this please do go for it.

https://docs.python.org/3.13/glossary.html#term-generic-function for reference. This entry essentially defines "generic function" as equivalent to @functools.singledispatch. That's consistent with https://docs.python.org/3.13/library/functools.html#functools.singledispatch, but not with https://docs.python.org/3.13/reference/compound_stmts.html#generic-functions, which uses the term for PEP 695-style generic functions instead.

The glossary entry should probably be amended to say that there are two distinct meanings.
