Adds the Random (⚄) link to the Profullstack webring footer, and fixes bittorrented.com/ showing no ring links.
Why the live homepage had no ring links: not a stale deploy. The site is offline / invite only (
SITE_OFFLINE), so the proxy answers/with a 307 to/invite-only, and that screen does not useMainLayout(where the footer ring lives)./.well-known/openwebring.jsonwas 307d there too.components/layout/webring.tsx: the ring nav (prev / Profullstack / next / random), shared byMainLayoutand the invite-only layout, server-rendered.app/invite-only/layout.tsx: renders the ring footer under the invite-only screen.lib/site-offline.ts:/.well-known/openwebring.jsonis still served while offline (static descriptor only), with a test.vitest (site-offline, admin-gate), tsc and eslint pass locally.
