logo.svg in header/footer; outlined favicon + full icon set - #81

- Header and footer show logo.svg (the outlined Geist Black wordmark) instead of styled text. - favicon.svg was live text in 'Arial Black'; it is now the c0 mark as outlines on the orange tile. From it, cli-tools 'favicon' generated favicon.ico (app/), favicon-16/32, apple-touch-icon (180), icon-192/512, and maskable-192/512 from a separate full-bleed artwork. - manifest icons pointed at /icon-192.png and /icon-512.png, which did not exist (404); they do now, with any/maskable purposes.
