Logo as outlines + logo.png; forums get the site nav and light theme - #79

logo.svg was live text in 'Arial Black', which most machines lack, so it
rendered thin and off-brand wherever it was used (the forum header, JSON-LD).
It is now the header wordmark itself, Geist Black at tracking-tight in
orange-500, converted to paths; logo.png is the same at 868x184, transparent,
and is what the Organization JSON-LD points at.
ops/bbs/seed-forums.ts: board.theme light and board.navLinks with this site's
header links ({forums} in the Forums slot), for tsbb 0.11.0's deals skin.
