Add ERTOtech Refleks Lite PIDs E667-E669

ERTOtech Refleks Lite is an open-source STM32F103RBT6-based arcade controller with a USB DFU bootloader and selectable XInput-compatible and standard HID/DInput operating modes.

Requested PIDs

• 1209:E667 - Refleks Lite DFU firmware-update mode
• 1209:E668 - Refleks Lite XInput-compatible operating mode
• 1209:E669 - Refleks Lite DInput/standard HID operating mode

Why three PIDs are required

The bootloader and the two selectable controller modes expose different USB interfaces and require separate host driver bindings. Distinct PIDs ensure that the host can identify DFU, XInput, and standard HID modes correctly without driver conflicts.

Looks great. Altium, with PDF of scehmatics in repo. Firmware in repo too, under MIT license. Everything appears to be fine.

Rationale given for needed DFU bootloader code (native bootloader insufficient)
