Summary

• add scripts/delete-pheaz-behind-branches.sh
• scan non-fork, non-archived organization repositories
• compare every non-default branch against the repository's current default branch by commit SHA
• delete only branches with ahead_by == 0 and behind_by > 0
• preserve identical, ahead, and diverged branches
• revalidate the default branch name/SHA and candidate branch SHA immediately before deletion
• preserve branches that move during the scan
