chore(lint): apply ruff's safe autofixes - #771

Unused imports, import order, quoted annotations, f-strings and unused noqa comments, from ruff check --fix with F401, I001, UP037, UP032 and RUF100. No __init__.py files, and not rtbtool.py, whose imports are its interactive namespace. mypy clean, tests unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

One mechanical pass of
ruff check --fixwith F401 (unused imports), I001 (import order), UP037 (quoted annotations), UP032 (f-strings) and RUF100 (unused noqa): 139 files, about 570 findings.Left alone on purpose: every
__init__.py(import order and re-exports can matter there) andbin/rtbtool.py(its star imports and 'unused' imports are the IPython session namespace). Nothing else is mixed in.mypy clean; the local test run is unchanged (the same 19 compiled-extension tests fail in a source worktree as on main).
