Release notes for v0.20261005.0. Its main change adds `--osism-version` and `--ceph-backend` to `osism apply`, so the Ceph backend of the nutshell collection can be selected explicitly. The nutshell Ceph workflow is now chosen by OSISM release: ceph-ansible below 11, cephadm from 11 onward and on `latest`. Ceph-environment roles that osism-ansible provides, such as the cephadm deploy plays and validators, now run on the osism-ansible runtime. Dependency updates cover next and eslint-config-next, lucide-react, @tanstack/react-query and @tanstack/query-core, plus fakeredis, markupsafe, mmh3, platformdirs, pytz and tzdata.
