…UE-153) Egeria #9371 moved engine-action claim/status/completion/active-claimed to the governance-engine view service. Add the GovernanceEngine client, make the AutomatedCuration versions deprecated wrappers with a one-time HTTP-404 fallback to the old path, and add cancel_governance_action_process. An autouse fixture now patches check_connection for the whole file. Verified in a clean python:3.13 container: 20 passed (failed before), micro-tests -m unit 1192 passed. Ships the ISSUE-153 GovernanceEngine client (#460). Egeria #9371 moved the engine-action operations to the governance-engine view service, so 6.2.4 and earlier get 404s from engine-action calls on current Egeria. AutomatedCuration's engine-action methods are now deprecated wrappers that call the new service and fall back to the old path on a 404. Signed-off-by: Dan Wolfson <dan.wolfson@pdr-associates.com>

Governance Engine client for the engine-action operations Egeria moved (ISSUE-153)
Egeria main (odpi/egeria#9371, "Add Governance Engine API") moved the engine-action participation operations out of the Automated Curation view service and into a new Governance Engine view service, with URL marker
governance-engine. pyegeria ≤ 6.2.4 still calls the oldautomated-curationpaths. On Egeria main those return 404, which pyegeria reports as "unable to connect" (ISSUE-151 labelling). Resource Explorer's engine host hit this as soon as a quickstart was built on Egeria main: its completion pass failed every minute, and claims would fail the same way.Changes

The GET paths have not been run against a server yet. The local quickstart's
qs-view-serverdoesn't have the governance-engine view service enabled: it is IN_DEVELOPMENT, so enable-all leaves it out. That config change is in progress separately.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
