Summary

Adds notify-sdk.yml. On every publish-bot push that touches <service>/main/openapi.yaml or <service>/latest/openapi.yaml, it sends an openapi-published repository_dispatch to nscale-sdk-go, which regenerates the affected Go clients and opens PRs (nscaledev/nscale-sdk-go#24).

The dispatch is just a nudge: the SDK side works out drift for itself and also runs nightly, so a missed dispatch only means a delay. This workflow needs no checkout and has contents: read here. It runs as the nscale-actions App, scoped to nscale-sdk-go only.

Setup needed before this works

Test plan

  • actionlint clean.
  • After the next publish, check that this workflow runs and that a spec-refresh run starts in nscale-sdk-go.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Sends an openapi-published repository_dispatch to nscale-sdk-go on every
publish to <service>/main or <service>/latest, so the Go SDK regenerates
without waiting for someone to run `just update`.

/alfred dismiss Dismisses Alfred finding AF-ID or theme TH-ID, e.g. /alfred dismiss AF-1234abcd. Replying /alfred dismiss on one of Alfred's inline comments dismisses that finding. Applies on Alfred's next review.
/alfred out-of-scope Marks Alfred theme/top-blocker TH-ID (or finding AF-ID) out of scope, e.g. /alfred out-of-scope TH-1234abcd. Applies on Alfred's next review.
