Runtime detection statically imports node:process, so browser and edge runtimes cannot load the module before detection even begins. Read the optional process global instead, keeping the existing detection order and Node/Bun/Deno behavior.

The regression links and evaluates the unmodified package module in isolated realms without Node built-ins: browser, edge-light, Cloudflare Workers, Bun, Deno, unknown, and Node. It fails on the original import and passes after this change. All 16 runtime tests, tsd declaration tests and Ultracite checks pass locally.
