Splits the Check workflow into jobs that run at the same time: static checks, build plus end-to-end tests, and Lighthouse in shards (one audit list per shard, read from lighthouserc.json). A new push to a PR cancels the old run. The website build also restores Astro's optimized-image cache, which took about 60 of the 66 build seconds; Deploy saves that cache on main so PRs start warm.
npm run checkis unchanged for local runs.
