New page /core/fprime/: the four F´ components, RedundancyManager's interface, spares and standby, resets, one cycle, the C interface (quorum.h), verification (9 Kani proofs, 37 unit tests, system test against the demo: 36 of 60 identical), build and test, limits. The nav item 'F´ components' now points to it.
The quorum crate page and the overview point to v0.2.0 (released: https://github.com/mruspace/flight/releases/tag/v0.2.0). The crate page's example was compiled and run against the v0.2.0 tag; it also documents Health::to_raw and from_raw.
npm run checkpasses (0 errors, 113 e2e tests, Lighthouse). The website PR adds the page to llms.txt.
