Add /car with the upstream <moq-carla> player, controls, and a demo-page link. It connects to the configured relay's public demo project.

Pin the moq submodule to main-reachable 7a5a70e9e9, including the merged CARLA control fix. Add the private CARLA workspace package, remove the retired flate workspace, and move voice JSON compression onto track configuration. Isolate the one-shot archive test from filesystem watching and unrelated client dependency discovery.

Tested head: c671f5ee97c4902dbd2741395e802086db41e0cb.

• Nix-shell just fix, just check, just test (56 tests), and all-three-site just build: passed.
• Chromium desktop/mobile: preview vehicles, focus/hash navigation, Esc, demo link, and no overflow at 390 px. No page errors.
• Both live CARLA cameras play. Takeover, actual keyboard steering, e-stop/reset, and autonomy handback pass with the merged pin.
• A browser voice call passes pickup, decoded/played agent audio, and clean hangup against migrated Pipecat and source-built MoQ relay bindings. Admission/Turnstile and provider responses were mocked; media and compressed JSON transport were real. No page errors.
• Local source review completed on the tested head.

Deployment

Deploy the matching voice backend before this site revision. Website deployment requires separate approval; none was performed.
